Can we get a formal quote for procurement?
Yes. Email us with your event details and we'll provide a detailed quote with equipment specifications, terms, and all documentation needed for corporate purchasing procedures.
Do you provide technical staff?
We provide the equipment and comprehensive setup instructions. For events requiring dedicated technical staff, we can recommend trusted AV professionals in Lisbon.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before event. 50% refund 3-7 days before. No refund within 3 days. We understand corporate plans change and try to be flexible.
Who is responsible for damage to the equipment?
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. The equipment is not insured. A €50 security deposit is required, and any damage costs exceeding this will be invoiced. We recommend considering event insurance that covers rented equipment.
Can we rent for multiple consecutive days?
Absolutely. We offer multi-day rates for conferences and extended events. Contact us for custom pricing for 3+ day rentals.
Do you deliver to venues outside Lisbon?
Equipment pickup is at our Bairro Alto location. For events in Cascais, Sintra, or other nearby areas, clients can transport equipment themselves.
